How well are the day tours organized in San Jose? Am I able to find a travel agency and find a day tour for next day without having to worry about bookin it few days in advance? or do I need to search online and book it before I hit CR? I've been to various countries in asia and found it really easy to get a day tour. Especially in Thailand, I didn't have trouble locating travel agency since they were all over the street. They also had many choices for day tour packages that I can experience during day.

I am looking to stay in San Jose for about week and I want a day tour package that provided transportation from and to my hotel. Any feedback will be appreciated.

Many hotels (Including Del Rey, Presidente, Morazon, Sportsmen's etc.)have a travel desk that can book you any of a number of popular day and half day tours for the following day.
