I'm sure they are very worried about the jobs. It's not the casino revenue lost, it's the poor employees.

Off course they have concerns over their profit margins. What is so wrong with that? Businesses invest with the expectation that they are going to make a profit.

Nothing amazing or new there and nothing new about using factual arguments to buttress your position even if they are peripheral your main concern.
What I find amazing is the Costa Rican government. Obviously taking away 66% of the hours a casino is able to operate is going to require less employees. In a country where good jobs are at a premium why would you do that? I really do not see how reducing a casinos operating hours is doing anything to benefit the country.
