It is too late. I booked my trip to CR before I knew it sucked. So now I am damned to my fate and having to deal with the suck that is CR. I mean, we got people over feeding chicas, others bothering them, and dudes not paying them enough for their services. I'm sure I will start hearing the sucking sound as we start flying over El Salvador.

please write a trip report, for those of us that read them i'm never going back to CR, because I heard Rolltide now owns ZB and married all the girls there I guess CR sucks now

In case you missed this update yesterday here's another on the long list of CR places that now SUCK-
If ID would post his trip report we might know whether Panama sucks as bad as CR.

Paco, I never said I did not read that forum what I attempted to say, perhaps badly, is that I do not read posts that are actual trip reports. If you check my posts are related to topics that are not trip reports but posted in that forum ie: DR sucks, Money rookie of the year, Tim Russert passing, etc.

However if it makes you feel good perceiving I have been disingenuous I am glad I made your day a happy one.

A Panama report is pretty simple: SJO way is better by day, Panama City wins the night hands down.

1 serious question// 7 serious answers, some w/links// 16 semi-hysterical off-topic rants and jabs, some concerning Brothers new folks would know nothing about. Am I missing something here? Now, does anyone have anything to contribute positively to help the Brother (and me)? Like, say, hotel choices, links to CR-Panama bus lines,etc? And re-direct the smack talk to the "Smack Talk Forum (I know I'm asking a lot.).

Welcome to the new but not improved CRT. We have a few characters, including a few veteran posters, who have decided to hijack almost every thread. Really tough to get info if you are a newbie or someone seeking straight information.

Not to dispute you HikerTom but jokes have humor and usually a punchline, seemingly absent in the self-referential navel-gazing that passes for commentary all too often in these Forums. As Irish Drifter alluded to, the deluge of drivel is mightily discouraging especially to the 15000 Unvoiced Brothers who don't post but who do look to these Forums for cogent answers to their questions. I won't give up and I won't give in especially on the dumpster diving--I keep hoping against hope for modern comments on older threads and anyway to bring this stuff to those not inclined to be archivists. Hooray for me, yes? It's just too bad that "shame" as a tool has died in public discourse.
