Agree, the best thing is to buy as much as you can at the duty free in the airport. Otherwise, the lowest priced store I have found is on Calle 4 on the east side of the street between Av 4 and Av 6. BUT, beware; this is not the safest area to be in even in the daytime.

There may be places cheaper, but that is the lowest I have found.

ALL the liquor stores in CR are cheap compared to WA state!!

:D :D :D

Unfortunately, the duty free at the airport is NOT open 24/7.
If you have an early or late arrival, they might not be open. :x

I looked for posted business hours my last trip but could not find any. :x My flight arrived at 05:30 and the place was locked-up tight at 06:00-06:30. :evil:
