You can use the pool at Hotel Santo Thomas for a small fee even if you are not staying there. They are not chica friendly.

I wasn't aware of that. Can you elaborate with some more details; cost, etc. I'm not really that big on swimming, but it might be fun on a hot day. I know their pool is right beside their bar. Might be nice to sip a Pina Colada at poolside. Do you know this from personal experience? I know the place is not chica friendly, but I wonder if that also means no chicas with you at the pool?

TMan, do you have to go through reception area to get to your room at Lasananna aparthotel? Have been thinking of staying there.

Hank...its been a while...but if I recall right, you do have to go through the reception entrance to get at the rooms. But back then no questions asked assuming they knew you were a guest. I havent heard of anyone staying there in the recent past...so if you go...let us know:). But before they had nice rooms at poolside...and good breakfast included in the price.

Well I just checked Straddler's trip report where he took a twenty dollar bill from from the colombian while she was in the shower. It was Feb. 2008 and it was Apartotel-LaSabana. The guy at the desk said congratlations(sp) and no chica fee.

Zebra it costs about seven dollars a day. I am sure they dont let chicas in as this is for tourists only. But if you need a day of rest this will do the trick.

Yeah....makes sense. If they don't like the chicas in the hotel, they prabably wouldn't want them poolside either....when a family from Bumblebee Hollow, USA is using the pool.

Still, that sounds good.....having a few drinks from their bar while sitting at the pool.
