not massage parlor- so i placed info in general area
when you need just a therapeutic top massage:

www.mioderma.com

I'VE USED HER SERVICES -EXCELLENT
most massage therapists are physical therapists so you get a much better massage- they are used to repairing the body.

Ask the owner Alejandra to set you up with appointment with a physical therapist so you get creme of crop.

excellent facials also try one.

one of her therapists was best i ever had; can't gaurantee that
unless she comes back to work, but i'd say other physical therapists
way up there in skill; try to book one day in advance as her business
is in demand

First three times i was charged gringos/tourist price
around 40 per hr; after that i got her flyer of services (ask for pamphlet
of services-lists prices in colones)
and it was only approx 23.50 per hr and 25 for facial.

only 5 min from downtown san jose toward san pedro
and she also has place in escazu.

Teléfono 011(506) 280-9661
also 506-253-7474
Los Yoses, San Pedro, 300 sur de Spoon-address for circa san jose

she has larger ad in phone book

i think it is better if you don't say you found her on this site;
i put blurb on craigslist.org so you can mention that if you like.

regards,
blueskies

I'd like to add Karen at www.crpromassage.com or www.kdcostaricamasseuse.com to that list. I found her massages very relaxful. She does a good pedicure as well.

The website mentioned by BlueSkies is still active. They've even modified their tel #'s to show the new prefixes. The others mentioned are evidently inactive sites. I can't comment on quality of service.
