NAS = Network Attached Storage
NSA = No strings attached

NAS is also a rapper and some other definitions could also include:

Not certain, but if it's written in the "erotic encounters" section I keep hearing about :shock: it may mean No Anal Sex.

Here's a novel :idea:

Why not drop the original advertiser ane-mail and ask?

As craigslist doesn't proofread, I would suggest without having seen the ad that it may just be a typo. and that the original poster meant to type the standard "NSA: meaning "No Strings Attached." Just a hunch about a haunch. :D
