I just purchased a ticket to San Jose from Ft. Lauderdale leaving May 9th and returning May 11th.

This is the best deal I've seen in a long time. Hopefully, the flight will be on time.

I just got back using them and my fair was $197.52. including tax. My personal best to CR on them was $89, but I only was there for one night. It was a little crazy actually and I wouldn't do it again being how time consuming the whole air travel process is, but with that fare, I had to jump on it.

Yes, pretty much. That is the downside. I live in north Miami-Dade county so Miami Int'l is a 20 min drive and Ft. Lauderdale Int'l is a 30 min drive. I flew American out of Miami twice and both times the plane broke and was delayed for hours. I will definitely vouch that Spirit's Customer Service is horrible, but only slightly worse than Americans and I can often get the ticket for $100 less from Spirit, the plane never breaks, and I have a place I can park for freee near FLL so I don't pay for parking. The check in process can ofter be about 30 min longer, but in my opinion, in the scope of things it is negligible. I'll keep flying Spirit.

Sounds like a good deal. Wish they had $200 flights out of NYC. Tux
