The cheapest I paid in the DR in the last 2 years was nothing, when I walked in with my water bottle hung out for a while and then just left rather than pay $100 for an until-you-pop "hour" with a hot colombiana anxious to get back to score with another sucker or for a downward negotiated $50 hour with a chunky tica or nica who thought she was a colombiana.
