maybe someone who been to Thailand will be best to answer these questions so they know exactly where im coming from in comparing it all...

They are different. The scene itself is much bigger in Thailand. The girls are much more willing and prefer to do a longtime (overnight) in Thailand.

Having said that latina girls are very beautiful and fun. CR is only a short airplane ride from the US which makes it fantastic 3 or 4 day weekend trip.

You don't have to pay a bar fine in SJ! Just take and go!

If you're taking them out of IDEM, there's a barfine... of course I don't go there anymore, but back in the days when their prices were reasonable...

I know Thailand well. CR is different. It's still mongering, and as far as that goes, it's the same. But stylistically, it's different.

As TM said, the scene is much larger in LOS, but that really doesn't make it better per se. There is plenty of action in CR to make this meaningless for our purposes.

The girls are more independent in CR, and less mechanical. It's also easier to relate to them and vice versa culturally (no matter how familiar you are with SEAsia).

If I had to overgeneralize and sum up each in only one word, I think you could say SEAsia is "Purchasing", and Costa Rica is "Negotiating".

Been to BKK...made 7 trips to SJO in last year....really they are about the same. Different looking scenary, girls. You will enjoy. MIA to SJO beats the hell out of flying to Asia.

In my experience, Asians seem MUCH more mechanical than Latinas, but I have ALWAYS attributed that to conversational skills... I speak NO asian, and I'm fluent in Spanish and Portuguese...

I've neglected to comment on that statement purely because of that. I do believe that if I spoke some asian language, at least passably, I would MOST DEFINITELY not have a mechanical experience with them.

Granted my only mongering in Asia was in HK, and Taiwan, but still... that's my experience.

I have found CR girls to be VERY into it, if you speak their language, and quite romantic... Of course most of the time, all I really want is to CIM, and move on, but hey...

I will admit, I think speaking the language in CR or any latin country is alot more beneficial then anywhere else. I just find it hard to believe most of those girls can seperate work from pleasure so to speak, thus I find it hard to believe a real GFE is that obtainable.

And for the benefit of the doubt, I know equal amount of guys who hate Asia as guys who hate South America.

I understand your skepticism, but I genuinely think it's easier for a generic guy in an average experience to have a LESS mechanical experience in CR than in Thailand.

And remember, I'm a BIG FAN of Asia. It's clearly been my destination of choice for many years. But in my limited experience in CR it was clearly easier to get a more interactive experience than in Asia.

You can get it in both places. And it's relatively easy if you know what you're doing. But Asia can easily be such a meat market. You have to remember, the majority of the transactions in Asia are MPs. Those, by definition, are more prone to mechanical experience than the Del Rey, even if you compare MP vs DR in CR, which would you say are more mechanical? MPs, just by their nature. SO if you compare the average session in Thailand, which will be at a fishbowl, vs the average pull from the Del Rey, you're already behind the 8-Ball if you're rooting for Asia.

Now add in the cultural and language chasm. I don't speak Thai, or Spanish, but I had an easier time communicating with Latinas than Thais, even though I've been dealing with Thai girls for years.

One of the big selling points everyone gave me in telling me to try CR was that the Latinas were so much easier to connect with than the Asian girls. And I found that to be true. I still love Asian girls, and I've had hundreds of them. And many GFEs. But CR was so much easier. Maybe YMMV. And maybe I was just luck in my average session to be misled by CR, but that's my experience.
