MG...in light of that, I guess I must relinquish my PHD from Del Rey University. I also better go get ANOTHER HIV test because of my preference for BBBJs. I might just have to give up sex completely since I'm not sure I can perform with all this fear and worry about STDs. Jeesh...

I just cracked myself up with a flash memory of the big body Condom in Woody Allens movie "What you always wanted to know about Sex". Ok...I date myself.

No it is a choice.

I tire of always having society tell me what is right or wrong (morality).

I prefer choices. If my choice has a consequence I am willing to face it.

A condom won't stop the spread of herpes.

Mongering can be a dangerous hobby to partake in, we need to understand this.

Like Travelman stated, our choices have or can have consequences.

Anybody feel like leaving this monger lifestyle and taking up sewing?

Lastly, shouldn't this be in the 'sexual health' forum?

Nobody mentioned the recent study showing an increased risk of a form of throat cancer which has been on the rise with young people who view giving head as non-sex. ENT's speculate it's the HPV virus at work. So I asked my ENT the last time I got my ears de-waxed.

"Yep," he said. "Ya gotta think twice about giving just any girl head."

I told that to a 25 y.o. black, bi, female dancer from N.Y. whom I've known for some time. She's educated in health and nutrition at Columbia, is super scrupulous about the kinds of food she'll put in her body, but then will have sex bareback. And she doesn't like shit like vaccinations.

"Man, HPV is everywhere," she screeched. "Touch a doorknob why don't ya?" So her premise is everybody is always quick to discount a highly boosted immune system, largely broken in our society by soil-depleted foods in our diets, cigarettes, stress, etc.

Getting sick is a chain event, similar to what brings down an airliner. It's usually a combination of perfectly unlucky events, circumstances, and actions to arrive at devastation. There are plenty of examples of couples where one was infected for years and the other didn't know - and the uninfected partner still tests negative. Why?

Its really all just a matter of risk acceptance.

I remember reading a monger travel report from Thailand from this guy who would show any girl the door if she refused him because he wouldn't wear condoms. The amazing thing is that he got laid about 80% of the time anyway. I remember reading another monger trip report from a guy who went to the Philipines and he was a sworn condom man but ran out on his last night so he barebacked the last girl he was with. He said "that girl gave me a mean case of gonnorea." When the gig is up, its up.

The fact of life is that you makes your descisions and live with the consequences.

What most Americans don't seem to get is that they are probably twice as likey to die from the flu as they are from AIDS. I think last year there were about 17,000 deaths from HIV, and 37,000 deaths from influenza. Yet, you can get a shot for the flu, and even take antiviral treatments for it if you get it like Tamiflu, yet most people don't.

You never know when the gig is up. That is life.

I for one, have never personally known any straight guy has has gotten HIV. Could there really be a higher risk group then us (aside from the usual suspects of intravenus drug users, gay, etc). We are predominantly middle aged guys, likely overweight, often not in the best of health, with an average of perhaps 300 unprotected sexual encounters each. Does anyone personally know of anyone who has gotten HIV from BBBJ?

My feeling is the government statements about straight men being at high risk getting HIV exists because every special interest group likes it this way.

Gay - More funding for research and treatment
Christian Right - Less unmarried sex
Womens groups - More funding, promotes monogomy
Planned Parenthood - promotes safe sex and birth control

Hell, getting a BBBJ is not even the most dangerous part of CR. I would put down crossing the street as more of a killer down here than a BBBJ.

Yes, or getting bitten by a snake, falling into a ravine off the side of the road, getting drunk and robbed, caught in a riptide.

I would believe that faking one's own death and never going home would rank right up there too.

just to summarize my original post, the point is not that you will get STDs from a girl's mouth on your area, but that by pressuring girls to do it without a condom we may be putting them at risk in the future to some guy who DOES have HIV and gives it to them because they had already decided that they were up to BBBJ.

for the record I'm not saying that anyone here has HIV or whatever, thank God I don't. it was kind of a rhetorical question, in the sense that if all of us here decided to be super responsible and only used condoms while getting oral sex, the real creeps (the ones who aren't clean to begin with) would still probably get their way and go bareback.

maybe the women need to form some kind of union or something, where they enforce their own rules on their own kind. probably would never work though i realize.

here's predicting a cure for AIDS within the next generation. some research every year seems to come up that sounds promising.

A prostitute union? You have to be phucking kidding me
Its not to obvious which country you reside in

Call me crazy, but I think its highly unlikely a CURE for AIDS will be coming anytime soon. You tend to make alot more money when you can treat the severity of it, and not outright cure it.

BINGO.

This does not obviate stupidity from being with crack whores or the such..but one can discerne who might be a risk or not. I have found that chicas are more worried than we are, which is a good thing.
