8:15 what night? April 3? By the time you get to the REY it will be around 10:30. Still early enough to watch the pu*sy parade in the REY and look for a hot bargan for your first Costa Rican "POP'. Doubt there will be much else going on except for some of the night clubs and being a newbee and I asume without a wingman, I would not recommend that for the first night.

As for 'pointers'; read and read and read till you get here---There are nearly 200,000 posts on this site with answers to virtually anything you could ossible want to know.

Walking tours--- I live here and am lucky enough to know where most of the "low rent " massaje parlors are (many are very difficult to locate even with an address). A couple of times a week, usually, I do walking tours of the Massaje parlors.. We check out the chicas and the facilities, and prices. Sometimes we loose guys along the way to a chica they just can not wait to pluck, often guys take notes and go back to the MPs where they saw a chica they liked. The prices range from $10 for 1/2 hour in some of the places to around $40 for 1 hour in the higher priced places-- a very low priced alternative to the REY. The low rent MPs are not for everyone, but a lot of us really like them.
