A taxi will cost $60-100 one-way (whatever you negotiate), doesn't matter how many people. Don't let them charge you per person.
Interbus is $25/person one-way, but you can't take it from the airport directly to Jaco. You would have to take a taxi from the airport to Hampton Inn (Suites)-less than 5 minutes away and take Interbus to Jaco from there. There's a 8:45am and a 3pm Interbus to Jaco from there.
Note: You have to book Interbus online at least 3 days before your trip date.
If there's 2 of you and you can negotiate with one of the pirate taxi guys outside the terminal for less than $80, I'd go with that. Unless your flight arrives at the right time, catching the Interbus will be tricky.
