Actually if you had not heard of this board he would have ripped you off for your deposit. See the last part of your first post in this thread

It was'nt the chicas screams that bothered the other tenants but the electrical breakers tripping whenever Pac55 turned on his electrical devices.

Actually, it was the advice of Jose and his attorney contact that really tipped me to the fact that we were on pretty good ground, along with the advice I found here.

You probably would have been smarter to go with a monger friendly apartment. Sudamer is occupied by mongers for the most part. The apartments are nice and everything is convenient. Check that out instead.

Some noise? I was in the lower level units and I could hear you.Even the mp favorita I was shacking up with commented on how hard you were working away. The Colombiana was hot, by the way. I watched her leave.
