Interesting, a few months ago, a taxista insisted The Presidente had no rooms and even pretended to call them. I didn't let on my level of Spanish and saw the ruse. He said he wil take me to a better place, so I say sure, we go to the Radisson, I say take me to the Presidente, and had no problem getting a room.
