Planning strategy for my virgin trip and thinking about where I spend my time looking for chicas. My sense is that while DR may have the upper hand in terms of numbers, there are also more "hardened" pros. From what I see in the vip galleries, SL seems to attract some fine young spinners.

Any advice on allocating time between SL and DR...and it goes without mentioning, some time at the MP's. Thx

The only real advantage of the SL girls is the convenience (as a hotel guest), and the atmosphere around the place; otherwise its just about finding the one(s) you like.

There are cute ones and there are not so cute ones in both places. The only difference between them is $20-40.

The DR girls charge $100-120 per hour, while the SL girls are usually in the $80 range. Up until about a year ago, the SL girls were automatic $50-60 without even having to negotiate.

Does that mean we shouldn't try to negotiate their asking price down? From reading a couple of forums, I thought the price for SL girls should be $60 with $10-20 tip for good service? And I'd also read that we shouldn't agree to the $100 asking price at DR.

I will be in CR for the first time at the beginning of next month and it would be good to know what prices I should be paying.

$60 plus $20 tip puts you back up to $80 anyway. The arithmetic works out the same no matter how you add it up.

I personally never pay more than $60....more often than not, $50. I rarely go into the Del Rey or the Sportsmens or the massage parlors. I've built up a network of chicas that like me and I like them. We both know what the deal is and it's a win-win situation for both. I would prabably be considered a difficult client by most, as I am fairly demanding with what I want. I have found that it is often better to settle with a 5, 6 or 7, as opposed to a 9 or a 10. Usually the girls that are not quite as attractive, seem more ready to please, expect less, and are happy for the business.

You will find some fine young spinners in HDR as well. You might find some really really harden pro's at he HDR but the girls at the SL are hardly sweet young novices . Most of the prostitutes you meet may be young but they are light years ahead of most mongers when it comes to the business of selling their bodies.

Want a sweet, young, virginal sex machine? Dream on and stay home you will not find it at the HDR or the SL.

Now that's the type of veteran advice I was looking for..thx. I'm sure both venues have their risks and rewards, and as alway a matter of YMMV. Just looking for a few insider tips, for those willing to share.

last trip was in January: average number of girls at SL zero to five. Average number of girls at the DR 40 to 120: you figure out where you're more likely to do good.

There are advantages and disadvantages at either venue, depending on a multitude of factors. I will try to list some of those in favor of Sportsmens.

First, the fact that there are fewer offerings at SL actually has its advantages. SL girls tend to have a verifiable history. I don't hesitate to ask my buddies what kind of experience they've had with a girl. Usually, there are a few guys present who can give valuable information, which tends to limit the risk. Although there are always exceptions to this (and for sure the same kind of info can be shared at Del Rey), a lot of guesswork is taken out of the equation. Additionally, because there are fewer of them, and they are therefore less anonymous, I think the girls at SL tend to perform more consistently, in order to avoid a bad rep. Again, there are always exceptions.

The flip side of this is that they know your reputation as well. If, for example and god forbid, you are going to want girls to urinate on you (a scenario that actually occured at SL), that particular fact will flow freely. If you are fair and friendly with the girls, this bit of knowledge will be well known, also. Although the girls are there for the money, they are more comfortable and open with a "good person."

Whether I stay at SL or at Amistad, I tend to spend a fair amount of time in the SL bar. As a result, I've had the opportunity to greet, chat, flirt, etc with many of the chicas who hang out there. Many times I make a note to myself that I need to nail a certain chica when the time is right. Within just a few times of meeting a chica, she will almost invariably greet you with a kiss on the cheek. That familiarity is flattering and enjoyable to me and quite often makes the later session more comfortable and fun.

This says a lot for the SL atmosphere, which I believe is superior to that of Del Rey for building intimacy with the girls. Once you lock eyes with the chica you desire, a couple of drinks in a comfortable setting allows you to size them up, flirt, tease, joke, etc. SL is ideal for that, compared with the hustle bustle at DR. IMO, it is easier to be patient at SL and there is less pressure to pull the trigger.

Those who are staying at SL or Amistad have an additional advantage, and that is the ease of transitioning between the flirt and the deed. I know that when I "woo" a girl at SL, I usually have a hard on for a good part of the time I'm evaluating her (a good sign that I should pull the trigger). Walking but a few steps to the room in order to consumate the deed, the spatial and temporal proximity, keeps the excitement at a high level.

Guys, this is the kind of commentary comparing the two venues I was looking for (except for the urinating thing...no golden showers for me) Some good insights both ways.

Sound like some vote for the quantity DR offers, and some vote for the more intimate atmosphere of the SL...I plan on full evaluations of both.

Lee, I echo your remarks. I was at the SL last month and during the day, there were one to four girls.

I can't remember her name, but there was a brown skin chica that I picked several trips ago and she was there every time I stopped in for a drink. She would not leave me alone and the place was empty so she was probably just bored. At least at the DR there are always tons of gringos, so the girls you don't want have more options and won't focus solely on you.
