Two wingmen and I will be returning to the gulch on Fri March 14 and leaving on the 21 with a 4 day fishing trip in Quepos. This is my second trip and the membership has been worth every penny. We will be staying at HDR and we are planning on coming over to SL to meet some of the CRT brethren. I have a couple of questions for you and none of it has to do with fishing.
1) The back end of our trip: Thurs 4-20 will likely be a slow day from reading other posts. Should I try to book appointments at ZB on the front part of this trip to avoid the Easter holiday departure or would you suggest something else?
2) Quepos: I’ve really not heard all that much about it. We will be staying at the Best Western and I’ve heard of occasional P4P across at Wacky Wanda’s. Would any of you be willing to help me find something “to do” while I’m there? I would really appreciate some #’s of some good providers. Second option…hire a driver one night and have him help us find girls. Possibly driving up to Jaco…(still unsure if this is really feasible) Which option do you think would work best?
Thank you in advance and let me know if any of you would like to meet up. Feel free to pm.

I stayed in Manual Antonio with a chics and encountered a pretty slich gay scene at the hotel but not much else since I was with her.

My advice is not to make the Quepos - Jaco trip at night the bridges are one lane only and not in good shape.

Thanks for the eads up...Sounds like the first part of the trip should be good. Any thoughts on what to do on Thursday before Easter?

My recollection is that the week before Easter is really slow and quiet. I was in San Jose once in that period. There were processions with life sized crosses... very solemn.

The guys living down there can give you a better update I'm sure.

Can any of you give me advice for a good game plan on the Thursday before Easter? I will be leaving Friday morning so I may miss the worst part of this deal...
