Can anyone tell me where to find a store for booze and drinks, near SL.

The closest is Mas x Menos (pronounced "Mas por Menos"). It is located on Avenida Central (between Calle 11 and 13)

From Del Rey: walk downhill on Calle 9 one block, make a left and go 1.5 blocks.

Isn't there an AutoMercado that is closer to the SL than the Mas por Menos? Somewhere near the Ave. 3 and Calle 3 Intersection - it is on a corner and has entrances on two streets. I stocked up on my goodies there when I stayed at HZB.

You might try buying some at the duty free store by the baggage claim area. They usually have 3 for 1 specials, at least on Rum. After buying the Rum, my bag is usually ready, and I'm out the door.

The supermarket that has entrances from 2 different sides is not AutoMercado I believe. I don't remember what it's called but I know which you mean. It's closer than Mas x Menos from ZB, but not from SL.

A3/C3 would be about equi-distant from the SL, compared with Cent/C11. Look at the map.

Super market at A3-C3 is Auto Mercado. The one with two entrances, one on A Central & the other onC3, is Perimercado.
