I'm sitting in suite number one waiting for my cab to take me out of town and thought I'd make this post since I have a few moments.
I was greeted by Dennis himself upon my arrival two nights ago, and given the grand tour. He was very personable, and helpful. I enjoyed my stay immensely, and will post much more detail when I arrive Puerto Viejo this evening. But for now I am happy to say that Hotel Freebird rocks!

Freebird's website states CRT discount for the Deluxe Queen rooms (shared bathroom).

Last night I reserved Luxury Suite #2 for my stay there (04/26-05/03). I received a CRT discount in the confirmation email sent to me by Dennis.

They have high (12/1-04/30) and low (05/01-11/30) seasons.

Luxury Suite 2
Low $59.00 (CRT=50.00)
High $69.00 (CRT=59.00)

From what I've seen , Everyone that has stayed there has left a favorable review. Theres something unique about this place.
