Yes, the DR is definitely low stakes. Which casino do you work in Vegas? I've never bet 100K, but I've had over $5k in play at the craps table several times.

The Caribbean Stud table is on the end (next to the cash cage)... I always sit at 1st base -- It gives you a great view of the Ticas posting up in front of the cage.

Vegas may have better odds, but the scenery at the DR is hard to resist.

really surpized that you would sit at 1st base ...as with this game (in san jose) you must sit at either seat 3 or 4 as you know they let you look at each others cards and its a true edge seeing your hand and sometimes 6 others as being in the middle table seat you can as least peak 3 hands and if you are smart you will tell all plays to share their hands . Trust me it gives you a edge when the dealer is showing a 10 and you have a 10 and 2 other players have one as well ..not a lock the dealer wont open but it changes the odds of you knowing..again i wash hopeing that someone would comment on the jackpot at the delray as it never changes and it such a ripoff if you have 1000 in the bonus and get a str.flush ..you make less on that hand (with the bonus) then you would with a 4 of a kind, i am there in 10 days and will play the game alot ...on my last trip i went 4 days with only hitting a str. then on my 5 th day i hit 4 of a kind and a fullhouse on the same night ..the game of rummy tricks so many gringos as they play it the same way they play blackjack but its 2 different games ...the way the dealer draws out to beat players is really something to watch ....

Advice: Look at pu*sy and take them back to your room for fun and games from the Del Rey,or hang with the CRT guys and have a few drinks........ Gamble at the Horseshoe,Colonial,Clarion or Fiesta casino in Alleuela, NOT AT THE DR.

I did OK at HDR with 21 rummy with the Tica card dealer that seems a little retarded. I am shocked they would have someone as slow as her continue to work there. You can not miss this one as she deals & shuffles VERY SLOWLY!!! The pit bosses watch her like a hawk since she makes SO MANY MISTAKES! At HDR I miss the really hot dealers they use to have .

I won $100 at Del Rey the first night of my last trip in November. Had fun and no problem getting paid. What was funny though was, to get to my machine, I had to try to kick out this pissed of tica or Colombiana,not sure. She was sitting at one machine with her legs stretched across the seats for two other machines. Not playing any, just smoking. I asked her to move so I could play one of the machines, she ignored me. The casino hostess overheard me, asked her to move, she told the hostess to Phuck off, mas e menos. Hostess calls security over, she is saying how she is hot stuff in Del Rey, security tosses her and friend, now swearing at me in espanol, out.
