I think it all depends on how often you'll be in CR. If you don't plan on visiting often, what does it matter what the working girls think? If they think you're an easy mark because you give them gifts for work not yet complete, what are they going to do? They can try to hit you for more money and threaten to walk out - and if you let them walk out, then they're the fools for losing your money.

Is your argument that they will go tell all the other working girls that you're an easy mark and so you won't find anyone else worthwhile? It seems like if they've found a supposed easy mark, they'd want to keep you all to themselves. And it's not like every woman who works there is friends with every other woman who works there.

I guess I just don't really see the point in acting contrary to how you want to act unless you plan on making CR your second home and will be seen around town a lot. If I want to tip someone well, I'll do so. If I decide to, I'll give her something or buy her something. I don't know how often I'll visit CR, but I want to enjoy myself and not stifle my generous nature..

HTP, it really does not matter if you are in CR for a month or for a weekend. But this really does not apply to the MP style get-down. This is for making the most of your time with an independent.

Speaking strictly for myself, I see a lot of these girls as not really wanting to be hookers. They don't want to see themselves as hookers. They hit it part time or full time but for a short time, at least in their mind. So, what I try to hit is a "fantasy exchange" so to speak. I'll treat her like she is not a hooker and she won't treat me like a fat old gringo that she wants to get off in 10 minutes.

The more I can make her understand that I don't regard her as a life support system for a vagina the better the return. The caveat is that you don't do this buy buying her. Spending money on her just makes her think she is valuable to you as a vagina and jacks up the price. Little things that cost little but add to the party are effective. Things that reflect a little thought and not so much bankroll.

Again, no need to go through this stuff if all you want is to pay some chica $60 and get your nut. When you want more of a party, GFE/PSE, her good stuff...this is how you can get there in my humble opinion.

I think your question was an intuitive one, and I think a good idea. I always pick up a few bottles at the duty free: Rum, Kahlua, Stoli and Baileys, or whatever your pleasure. Whether I grab the chicas from the Del Rey, KL or SL, I almost always pour them a drink, light the candle, put on the music and have a nice atmosphere.

Another "plus" is that when pals stop by to grab you for happy hour, I have a mini bar ready to go for the first drink. The price of the booze is very cheap compared to what you pay at the bar, and if I have any left over when it's time to go home, I make certain that I pass it on to a friend.

Transaction, shmansaction. To me, it just makes good sense. And we'll see you guys at my place for a pre-happy hour cocktail!!!!
