Based on your commentaries, I have developed the following game plan:

Be nice

Listen to the CRT guys

Don't walk the streets at night

I do have a couple questions

2. On another topic, I really enjoy swimming and bicycling. Do any of you know places to swim in the city, and is it safe (or foolish) to rent a bike to scope out the city.

Your fixation on CRT before your virgin trip is not only normal, it is encouraged. It helps not only to inform you, but helps beuild excitement and anticipation!

Do NOT pay up front. That's one thing you got wrong.

Quantity vs. quality: Some guys feel that if you repeat with a given girl, you somehow lose power or control over the situation. My take is, if you find a good girl with whom you enjoy spending time, you can stick with her without ill effects. One possible, although not guaranteed benefit of repeating with the same provider is a discount on the price you pay, or more time, certain service (bareback BJ, anal) etc. It's definitely a case of YMMV. Also, the more time you spend with one girl, the more likely it is that you could become enfatuated with her. Bad idea.

Don't know about swimming or bicycling, sorry. Maybe local residents will comment.

I disagree with the Columbiana thing. For a first timer I would recommend avoiding them but treat them nice and talk to them and you may be surprised how well they treat you.

I'm a quality versus quantity guy and I'm a notorious repeater. I do like to get a little "strange" as well so I balance things out. The one thing you need to keep in mind that chicas have a jealous streak in them a mile wild and it can be a pain in the ass. So it's easier just to keep moving on and not getting attached to avoid some of the drama.

For the first trip you are going to be a K*D in the candy shop. You are going to be in the quantity guy simply because you are going to have a hard time saying no to all the beautiful women that are available to you.

Just enjoy the experience and have a great time. It will be a memory you carry with you for a long time.

I agree with what Poco said above about paying cien if you really want a girl but get something more than just a standard session. Two hours and agree to good sex twice is reasonable, especially if during the process of getting to know her she seems like fun.

As far as not repeating, I don't hear that much on the board. Is that a popular sentiment? By all means, if you find something you like and she's nice to you, wear it out. Connecting with a girl(s) and repeating is the best way to get good price and service from a girl. I would rather start out lower than cien and reward for good service and time spent with a girl. It's hard to go down in price. But anyway, if you can build up a little stable in SJO it can give you a lot of bang for the buck especially when you're catching a $300-400 flight to town. In fact, I would hate to have to find all new girls every trip to SJO.

As too your questions. I do not know why I but I like both. I have a favorita but I must have multiple gilrs while there. It is probably the reason why society would deem me immature,pathetic, etc. Lets not analyse it I choose just to enjoy it


Swim at the beach not in SJO. Rent a bike maybe at the beach. If you rent a bike in SJO you will end up on a car hood or in one of the water run off ditches. Either way it will mean your room will be a hospital room.

I just noticed we are from the same state. Welcome. I am more west but am in Philly all the time for work. Enjoy your trip. Let me know your dates. I am going in January too just not sure when. It has been far too long since my last trip. November LOL

There are too many obstacles for bike riding in SJ. Some streets have extremely deep gutters and high curbs. If you walk more than a few blocks you will see vaults where the stormwater collects that used to be covered by an iron grate (likely stolen). Some of these vaults can be six feet deep. I have also seen sewer manholes in the middle of the street with the covers missing and the drivers just steer around it.

I don't think anyone would deny I have CRT OCD...

I would say you have it down like a vet, cdrtom. Those should be rules that we should put on a t-shirt, especially regarding cien and Colombianas.
Stick to them and you will have a great time in CR. Also do not forget the many great mp's for your daytime enjoyment.Bar Idem has a few Colombianas working there now. If you must try them go to Bar Idem. Stick to the hasta luego rule in BM, you will have a blast.

If you go with no expections or at least very small, you will never be disapointed.
