There is a cat house called El Tabu about 25 minutes from La Fortuna (Arenal). A local could tell you how to get there.

Tamarindo sometimes has hookers hanging out at the little casino across the street from Hotel Diria our hanging outside the disco (at night) by the litle town square/traffic circle.

Playa Flamingo has Bar Amberes, a disco cat house.

I am unaware of any local massage parlors other than purely therapeutic in those locals.
