This has probably been answered somewhere but did not find it in a quick search. Is cab service readaly available from such night spots and KL, BM etc.? Is it necessary to call for a cab or are they stationed neer by? I was at KL about 20 years ago and as I recall we got a cab right outside??

Just try to walk more than 20 feet from the doors without hearing "need a taxi?"

or of course "need a nice watch?", "Cuban cigars?", "money?", and the latest "a blood pressure test?"

You will find cabs parked outside the entrance of both the KL and BM. However be aware that they will not use a meter and will charge you significantly more than a cab using the meter.

Walk a half a block away and hail a passing cab, of which there are plenty, and save yourself some colones.
