Yeah if definitely quiets down, but I been down at all hours of the night and there is still stuff going on. I think it starts to really quiet down around 4. But on my last night, I was staying at the DR and I had to check out at 5 and there were still people drinking, playing poker and girls sitting around.

Aw come on, the del rey really quiets down past 2am... there's like a 6-8 hour dead spot during the middle of the night, I *wish* there was a 24/7 party there
