Hey,

I will be in Costa Rica from Nov 15th to the 21st. However, I will be splitting time between Jaco and San Jose. I am in need of a room from the 15th to the 17th. I have a couple of options. I am travelling with a friend and was wondering what the deal with the suites are. At the Belmora it seems that they allow only 1 guest at a time. Thus no hope on you and your friend bringing in girls at the same time. Does anyone have any experience with this? Also, at the Clarion I was told that it is only single occupancy no matter if you buy a suite etc. However, on the hotel website it lists an executive suite and a maximum occupancy of 4 people. Which is correct? I am still trying to get in touch with the SL about 2 single rooms and see if that is available. ZB has a suite open but I am hesitant as I don't only want ZB girls and I am not sure about their policy of bringing other girls there. Can you bring other girls to your ZB suite without a hassle? Also, if you tell a girl at say the Del Rey that you are staying at the ZB is that a warning sign?

Any help would be greatly appreciated.

Thanks!

Also, what are the policies at the Clarion in terms of chica friendly? If you go through the hotel itself what is the charge per girl?

I mean maybe they think of ZB as cheaper or something....or maybe they don't like ZB girls. Not really sure, but I read that someone was staying at a suite mentioned to it a girl and she was skeptical.

If you upgrade to VIP status, you can book a regular single room with king bed thru Nixon in the casino and get the casino rate ($70/day with no "guest" fee). The regular hotel rate is $110 + 16% plus either $10 or $25 guest fee, so it's $130/night plus chica fees. I think paying $39 for VIP is well worth it, you'll save over $180.

Quick question.. This website:
http://www.hotelamonplaza.com/

This is the same hotel that Nixon would book right? Booking through Nixon gets you the same rooms - i.e. the Casino does not have seperate rooms does it?

Also, what is the chica policy at the hotel besides the fee. Is it 1 chica per room or if you have a suite can you bring 2 up? How does the hotel know whether you booked through Nixon or not so as to not charge you an extra fee?

They are the same rooms. If you are thinking about booking through Nixon you might want to act quickly. New owners took over the casino on November 1. Nixon is still there last I knew but not sure for how long or if the new owners will continue with the present policy, tweak it, eliminate it or what.

Have you considered Castillo, Amistad, Morazan, etc.?

Sent e-mails to all but have not got responses yet. Do you recommend them over Clarion?

I don't think there is a limit. But I wouldn't try to bring in 5 girls. It's not a mostly monger hotel, so I'd recommend some discretion.

Not sure. I guess if you booked through the casino, you just go up to your room without stopping at reception, that's what I did. Nobody ever questioned me. If you book through the hotel, stop at reception and sign in your chicas.

Personally think the Morazan is the best deal in the gulch. Great rate and, other than the HDR, the best location possible. Am not recommending one over the other as they all have their pro and con attributes and supporters and detractors.

CR email is not 100% reliable so email them again.
