Brother, if you haven't figured it out already, this is not the web site to find the information you are looking for. In case you are not joking, here is my best effort to give you a straight answer.

In general, in Costa Rica the Ticas enjoy a higher standard of living and are better educated than most other Latin countries. So the task is not as easy as it might be elsewhere.

If this is what you really want, then you should #1 learn Spanish (fluently) #2 move to Costa Rica (at least part time), live in a city like Alajuala or Heredia (college town) or even San Pedro (another college town) #3 Go to church, get involved in the community, hang out in shopping malls, ect. Most of these type of girls are going to be VERY close to their families. In most cases they will be living with their family (as is traditional for good Ticas). Good luck prying them away and bringing them back to the US because Costa Rican families are very close. (If they are living on their own, there is a good chance that they are a pro)

The other option, I do know a few Gringos that have snagged Ticas that might fit your basic discription that work in the tourism industry. But understand that this is going to be a time investment as well.

Ah, I may be a Newbie as the CRT forums define it, but that doesn't mean I don't know my way around. I just haven't wanted to join the club. (Yeah, yeah, I know, the feeling is mutual.) But this thread well illustrates what I've enjoyed so far. You guys really pounced in his ass, and correctly! There's actually a lot of horse sense on these forums (at least if you ignore the BS).

I will though add, as I believe a factual matter, that you really don't find Gringa-style feminism among the educated Ticas. Some are, most are a little bit, but it's not Gringa-style. It's still very Latina. We should note here that US feminism is quite different from European feminism, so you can't lump everyone together. You also can't do the opposite and speak of "traditional" chicas. What tradition? What most in the US consider traditional was actually a radical post-WWII innovation. It's just BS to speak of "traditional" in a generic sense, and close to BS to think of feminism this way.

What you will find with "educated Ticas" is women who are a lot smarter, harder working, and more knowledgeable than you are. I'm not talking about those who go to one of the private diploma mills to take a few English classes or study "computers." I'm talking about the ones who go to the universities and study something besides a technical field. They're smart--which is frankly a deal stopper sin feminism for anyone looking for a so-called "traditional" woman. You see, they actually have ideas and can email in paragraphs without using the words "honey" or "baby." Interestingly, they'll still often sign off with "Besos." They're still sweethearts. But you have to talk to them and if you do you may find you disagree. Then I guess they aren't "traditional" anymore.
