You make a VERY GOOD and VALID point here my friend... Many times there was no room at the bar AT ALL!!!

Perhaps Bill will eventually make an agreement with them which stipulates that they will only sit at the bar ONLY IF invited to do so by a Hotel Guest. Otherwise, they must remain seated in the atrium. That would help all parties involved... Maybe? What say you Bill?

Spot on P55... It IS all about the atmosphere and if the talent is less than the hotel guests desire, they are not doing us any good and they're doing themselves a disfavor also... Quality of talent IS one issue... I like having the ladies there, but I'd like for them to be attractive enough to race my heart a little...

After checking in the SL for the first time, there were 6 or 7 chicas there.. I was just of the plane, loaded with energy, and I wouldn't consider doing any of them.... I'd love to hang there all day having drinks and taking different chicas to my room, but I was quickly off to ZB and NF for my first treats of the day...

The bar area is somewhat small... When we want to gather and talk, we should be able to get a seat at the bar or the tables close by... The local chicas can set at a table in the bar area so we can check them out and talk with them if we desire while enjoying OUR clubhouse...

But what happens if they reinstate the morning hours and those same unattractive chicas start showing up again?

I favor the idea of a cover charge for chicas. The amount would be based on the chica's weight and age. Free passes would of course would be given for numerous reasons for generous lengths of time such as:

Great tatas
Request of a guest
Bill's picks of the month
SL chica of the month, year

That’s a tough one. Keep the desirables happy and the undesirable gone. All without offending anyone. The girls are independent but work their trade at SL at Bill's discretion. Other venues around San Jose simply ban undesirables - but they don't care if they offend someone.

Just curious how this is working out so far. Are the older gals gone or are they showing up after 2pm?

Just for the record, it probably was a roulette table. Whatever that first table is to the left of the front door. I am not a big fan of the Del Rey. As for the tables, yes, they are crap. I am used to playing in Las Vegas which sets the standards for quality casinos. I am not much of a gamer though, but I like ambiance in all things. The whole incident really put me off for that place. First you get the metal detector wand up your ass, then you try to move into the building and get accosted by the Chewbacas. If a bar tender doesn't drug you or try to rip you off, you have to put up with clouds of cigarette smoke. Of course, some guys like that. As for SL, I am a sucker for colonial architecture and that hotel is a fine example of what old San Jose used to be. There are very few good examples left in the city, which used to be known for beautiful buildings. And then there is the staff. I only stay there because they are such a great bunch. Plus I like having the 24/7 security. That is important in a Latin country. Never underestimate how much good security does for you while you enjoy life.

As for Muffdiver's off color remark: just-let-it-go, dude. Some people really carry a grudge. It ain't good for ya, Muff.
