Most bakery shops serve a larger cup of coffee if your interested.
Danny who works the front desk at the castillo took me on a tour one day when I was there and we hit lots of places to find horny women and we all so hit one bakery where we stoped for coffee and they served small/medium /large & grande large sizes.
So maybe check a few of those small bake shops out as some of them serve coffee.

There was a coffee shop next to 7th Steet Books called the Cafe Del Rio run by a gringo named Paul from Cincinnati. He was pissed after doing work for several hours at the News Cafe and having to pay for 5 cups of coffee. So he opened his own shop.

He also has french pasteries that are to die for, so it's a great hangout place.
