I will be in Timarindo for 10 days and ending in San Jose from the 20th-24th. Looking for some CRT's to meet and a wingman to help me out my first time in this dream land?

Find your way to the SL and we'll take it from there!

When you are at Tamarindo rent a car for at least one full day and take a day trip to visit several of the beaches to the north of Tamarindo. You will enjoy it as there is some awesome scenery. Also, one of my favorite restorants is the Camaron Dorado located a bit north of Flamingo on the beach. (At least I think that is the name of it.) Mucho Gusto could correct me. Tamarindo also has some good eats too.

Beer prices should be 1000C or less. That works out to less than $2 with the current exchange rate.

I would budget $1750 c for beers (which is about $3.50 per). The reason why being that the SL is probably around $1250 c for an Imperial (the local will correct me if I am mistaken) while a Corona at the Del Rey will be more.
Now happy hour prices around the gulch, those smokers come down in price. But at ZB or IDEM, the drink prices (while much cheaper than South Beach or Las Olas) aren't as reasonable as you might be lead to believe.
Just want you gents to have a great trip. :D
And then contribute your trip reports.
