That's one place that will never see my ass in there. I thought the hotel M was outragious but the "White House" rate is absurd. My simplism of a lodging is a place to sleep and perhaps have a guest over....yea right. I am easy to please as long as it's clean. BUT, $400 a day....no way.

Wonder wy they call it the "White House?" Could be that George or Bill stayed there.

When the price of the hotel goes north of $100 dollars i feel strange about paying the price.I use hotwire to get pretty decent deals in the US.$400,i doubt i will ever pay.

The White House was originally a mansion commisioned and built by the Shah of Iran. Then Costa Rica did not let him into the country. Food and facilities are spectacular

They had certainly better be spectacular. For the price you're paying, I'd be very disappointed if it was anything LESS than spectacular!
