Yes, the cafe is across the street from the entrance down the street from the side door of the BM bar. They have added a sort of glass enclosed patio to the old restaurant since I was last there a couple of years ago. The atmosphere is nice but the service is slower than it used to be which was glaciar like even then. I still like the place, but missed my old waiter and waitress friends. The shrimp cocktail has been dressed up a bit with slits down the back with lime slices put in but is still the same for about twice as much. Progress.
