Has anyone had good experience with a forwarding service from the States to CR for mail and packages including on-line purchases including the likes of Amazon.com etc. I am planning a long term visit and am wondering how I can stay connected with the day to day plus order books, music, etc.

Be aware that packages forwarded from the US by the mail services will be examined by the aduana and have duties, CR sales tax, etc, as well as forwarding charges tacked on. Usually the charges equal or exceed the cost of the merchandise.
