have been to amsterdam many times but looking to try CR--- have heard that the experience is much different, but in what way? i bet there isn't that same sinking feeling when you turn in your dollars for euros. bet the climate is better too, right. but what about the women? how do they compare with the wallen?

The women in both places are very pretty but for me i prefer Latinas over all in this world of ours.Latinas are very passionate lovers and you'll find them from many countrys in Costa Rica(Colombia,Panama,Nicaragua).You are sure to find something that you like in such a diverse offering.The best thing i like about CR over Amsterdam is that you can actually talk with the chicas as they are very friendly.If you know even a little bit of Spanish you can enhance your trip imho.If you don't know one word you'll still have fun. The price of accomodations and dining in CR are much lower as well.Buena Suerte

What Amsterdam venues are you talking about? If it's the RLD, CR is way way better. You can at least have fun in CR.

Firstly welcome to CRT. Secondly, by the way you post your question I would guess that you have never p4p outside of the Amsterdam RLD. If that is the case, you would need to erase the image of RLD scene from your memory as it is not the same.

Many moons ago when I first went the Amsterdam RLD/Wallen the exchange rate was around 2.5 "Guilders" to US$1.00. A s & f was 50 guliders for 15 - 20 minutes session in the cabine (so that's about $25). For $25.00 I can't complain about the short session. For that I can sample many delights from Asian, western and eastern european, central and south american countries. I left out the African countries because there were alot of scary looking ones from there.

Then it got bad with all the "upsell". If you want her to take off her bra and her bikini or short, it's extra charge. I'm like, "what the hell, how am going to bang you if you don't take your clothes off?" If you're not done in that 15-20 minutes, you pay extra. Alot of girls there are not into GFE. Any additional things you want to do it's going be extra. It's just not worth it anymore, especially when the money has changed to the EURO.

Amsterdam RLD is like going to a fast food restaurant, instead of food, it's a fast Phuck. You walk in, 15 minutes later you walk out. Then you go to another one.

In CR there's no RLD. There's no buildings with cabines where you look through them like a peeping-tom. There are strip clubs, MPs, the Delrey and Keylargo (if you take the time to read some of the trip reports, you will have an idea of what the scene is like there in San Jose, CR). The services offered range from 30 minutes to an hour and a TLN, if you like.

If your looking for variety of ladies from around the world, you won't find it in CR. But if you want much better sex for a much better price, you find it in San Jose, CR. Although we did have some Eastern European working in the Delrey a few years back, but I don't know if they are still there.

Well, after eight trips to Amsterdam, I made my way here this year due to the desire to stay longer which I just couldn't do with the prices in Amsterdam. Four months later, I've sold everything and moved on down to try to make a life here if that tells you anything
I found I enjoy it more here! You actually get to know the girls, not just a quick drop of the pants and back into the alley. The sex is, for the most part, longer, more enjoyable and less expensive. There are about the same numbers of girls to chose from but, that said, the variety isn't like Amsterdam. Your gonna find latino women, some drop-dead beautiful and others not so. Sorta like around the Old Church circle
As for having a good time, I've had similar in both places. Used to stay at the Bulldog Hotel and that lent itself to meeting people to hang/party with. Here, you have CRT which is much better IMHO. Meeting people that can show you the scene, drink a beer and relate stories/advice is a resourse unavaliable in Amsterdam for the most part.
I like the challenge of the selection process more here. Instead of just looking thru the window to decide you get to sit and talk with the girl, giving you a better chance of having a better session with more chemistry. I remember endless hours of walking the RLD in search of that ONE. Or waiting outside a curtained room for a fav. Here, you can do similar at the MPs or hit DR/KL and just watch THEM parade by.
The language barrier isn't anything to be concerned about. My first month, I didn't speak a bit of Spanish and had a blast. Now, speaking a little, I find it's even better!
I'd definitly recommend you at least try out CR. Do research on the board, join the VIP and get the map, look at the pics and decide for yourself...

I've been to Amsterdam and I have to agree with everything SafaDino had described. The girls are hot but they're so mechanical and just too much upsell. I had also sampled local flavors in Germany and Czech, even though Czech Replublic was not bad, it just doesn't compare to CR, not even close in any aspects.

Your money will go much farther in CR comparing to Amsterdam nowadays. There are so many types of venues you can meet the ladies and all of them are very relaxed environments compared to Amsterdam's in and out service. You can take you time and look, talk to the girls, and latina women are a lot sexier than most other women in the world.

In any case, you can be sure you'll have a great time in CR.

thanks for the information. of those who have been to amsterdam and costa rica everybody seems to prefer CR. so that's good enough for me; planning a trip now for the winter. i'll give up the pot smoking and museums, i guess-- for better women, better climate, and better monetery exchange. i bet the food is better, too.

As far as CR v. Amsterdam, it REALLY depends on what you want. It's like night and day.

Amsterdam has variety. Nowhere else are you going to find the selection of Amsterdam. Nor can you go to a cafe, have a doobie, of amazing quality, and then circle the RDL for ANYTHING you want.

However, in my opinion, I don't mix drugs and sex, unless it's with a girl I know WELL, and trust.

The girls in Amsterdam are exclusively a "business transaction" no emotion involved.

I do not think a latina is capable of not involving her emotions. You will get an LTR almost always, even if it's for 30 min. You will get LOTS of kissing, you will often get BBBJ, you will often get more than the agreed time (except in MP's, where it does happen, but not often).

It is entirely possible to build a friendship/relationship with CR girls in a short time, whereas Amsterdam it's mechanical, and industrial.

I LOVE both. I like going to Amsterdam, and phuking gorgeous girls from all over, I love getting red-hot redheads, or sultry Eastern Europeans. But I LOVE latin women. I love the big ass & lips of Nicas, the hot, toned bodies of colombianas, the demure guatemalans, and the firery ticas.

(I'm not going into the Brazilians, which IMHO, beat the shit out of ALL of the above mentioned, from both places, because we're not comparing Brazil)

Overall, I lived in Belgium, only 1 hour from Amsterdam for 2 years, and went there about once a month because it was easy, and loved it.

I now live in NY, and since I my first trip to CR, I have been about once a month, even though it's very difficult, because it is SO much better.

I am currently not capable of going to CR for the next few months, and I am quite sure I will go into withdrawal, but I'm hoping I can do a Germany trip for work, and that will help me survive until my next CR trip.

AHHHHHH....Amsterdam RLD. When I was young, dumb, and full of C*m...I tend to overlook the poor services and quite happy with a quicky 15 - 20 session. Especially when the women are some of the hottest I've ever seen. My buddies and I thought we were a few of luckiest men alive to have discovered "window shopping" in Amsterdam, comparing to those poor slobs (our friends who are married to their high school/college sweethearts).

We had a check list (like Santa Clause) and check-off all the countries we had the pleasure of sampling:

Asians: Chinese, Vietnamese, Laos, Thai, Indian

Eastern Europeans: Hungarian, Zchech, Romanian, Poland, Russian, Ukrain

Western Europeans: German, Spanish, Dutch, french, Italian,

Central Americans: Honduran, Panamanian,

Carribeans: Cuban, dominican, a Dutsch girl from Curacao.

South Americans: Colombian, Venezuelan, Peruvian, Argentinian, Brazilian

ALAS, the good old days are gone and it's time to move on to other "Heaven on Earth" destinations. BUT I am still working on that list.

There's quite a difference in women, as others have already said, but it is not a bad thing if you like latino women. Other benefits you mentioned...Weather, better exchange, ect... definetly. Money goes further in all regards, lodging, food, drinks, p4p. And much like the RLD you can go to a variety of MP's and pick from a line-up of women and get quick emotionless sex, but usually with a varying degree of passion; from a little passion to alot of passion. Set price, your in and your out. If that appeals to you. Some of the MP girls will rock your world. Nothing like the mechanical sex of the RLD. And last but not least there is a plethora of outdoor activities to keep you busy in the non-mongering hours (whenever that may be ). Not really much museum offerings, and definitely stay away from the drugs, unless you like dirty jails.

Actually one more important point. CRT brethren. Many quality people to meet and drink the days away with and they will provide advise, guidance, and information. You'll not meet a finer bunch of degenerates. I say that with the utter most respect....because i'm one as well.

I've been to both Amsterdam and C.R. on multiple occasions. There is NO COMPARISON in my opinion. C.R. is far and away a better deal. My last trip to Amsterdam it seemed many more of the girls were from Indonesia..Phillipines etc. and quite frankly most looked like 3's and 4's. The P4P experiences I had were rushed and uninspired. C.R. has MUCH better looking girls and by FAR more friendlier girls. The C.R. girls could take the Amsterdam girls and eat them up and spit them out.
