Just curious…

What is your current preferred airline to SJO? :?:

Price, service, schedule, and whatever else that might sway your choice.

We have had a lot of airlines comments lately and I’m curious how we feel as a group. Feel free to add comments why and let me know about who I missed… :D

Taca, Taca, Taca. Won't even consider anything else from LA. I've posted at length elsewhere concerning the reasons why - schedule, price, convenience, reliabilty, mileage benefits, Latina flight attendants, free booze in flight, etc., etc., etc.

I agree with GR..

TACA, TACA, TACA.

8 of 12 trips flying them without a delay.....

Hope I don't jinx it, leaving for lucky # 13 in 4 days with of course TACA

No one airline gets my vote. I use whatever airline fits my schedule. They are all the same. They get you from point A to point B. When you fly as much as I do, service becomes a mute point and you just want to get where you are going with as little time in the air as possible and usually with as little stops overs as well.

US Airways from PHX
US Ariways from CLT - minimum
Continental from IAH
AA from DFW
etc. etc. etc.

I've been flying USAIRWAYS, but lately, TACA is about half as much. I've never flown TACA before, but they're starting to look pretty darn good.

Martinair from orlando which has the only direct flight. I can get there cheaper but for the extra hundred bucks I like the convenience of being there so fast with no hassle.

TACA..love the 3am departure from Chicago. That means I can work a full day before departure. Landing in SJO at 9:30am. Adds a full day to the trip. Then the return trip leaves SJO at 6PM. Only downside is getting back to Chi at 2am. Of course the flight attendants are all hot little Latinas as well. As far as airline websites go....TACA SUCKS.

I use US Air since I hate going through Atlanta and Miami. Flying Taca for the first time next trip. Looking forward to it since I hear so man good things about them.
