I have noticed that some of my favoritas at the massage parlors are not there the next time around. I am sure there are a variety of reasons for the turnover. On my last trip down, I spent some quality time with two of my favoritas who told me that the grind was starting to get to them. A few reasons given:

1) They get bored easy. The job is about 90% boredom and 10% phucking old fat gringos.

2) Many of the guys are just not that nice....or that appealing. But they have to act like they are in love with him.

3) At the Tico places the pay is not that good, and the Ticos never tip.

4) They work long days....usually 10am to 7pm.

5) The girls are catty. There is competition amongst the chicas. Sometimes the management is mean.

6) The newness wears off in about a month, and then it becomes like most jobs....boring, tiresome, and difficult.

Anybody agree with this...or have other reasons?

I am sure you are right. It probably is not a very fun job unless they are flaming nymphos and I doubt many are. I am sure much of this would apply to Del Rey girls as well. You guys that pull one away from the "cats" and buy out their time for a week really do do them a favor.

Astro,I agree for the most part.I think one of the big factors in the more local places is treatment by tico's.Speaking for myself I always tip if I get good to excellent service.I have had particularly good results at Oasis which I think I remember you posting about in recent months.You figure they get maybe half of what you pay which really isn't much when it is a 8000to 12000col. place.I do encourage gringos to treat them well and leave a little propina which I think most of our members do.rbc100

6- Some of the managers of the mps are total assholes and treat them like shit.

The numere un problema is when these finger frolicking females finally have the disgusting experience of having to rub down and relieve the tensions of old Circus.......they no longer want to perform this type of work......fearing that either me or something as vile as me will walk into that room again. Shit, at least my distant cousin, the elelphant man, had a big pecker to compensate for his appearance. No wonder I drink.

Well as I look around I think these observations can apply to most of the guys here or anywhere else for that matter...work generally sucks

One month last year I went on a MP mission. I used RBC's list, Thanks A Lot. I tried to hit a different one every day for a month. I started repeating locations after about two weeks. If I really wasn't into it one day or the other, I would insist to give them a massage . I wound up turning some cold girls into Great Mind Blowing sessions. And many girls responded likewise.
I think I will repeat this November.
