I have also wondered about this as well and also have considered it but the risk is not worth it in my opinion. There are home hiv tests that you can buy at local drug stores here in the US or online by companies that manufactuer it here in the US. They are not fda approved unfortunately. There is only One that is. It is called home access. Just do a google search. Unfortunately, you have to send the specimen in the mail and wait 7 days for the results which will not help you in any way. The non fda approved ones give you results in 15 minutes.

Wherever you get the test done, just keep in mind that she could have been infected 3 months before the test so there is still a high risk to go bareback. In less than 3 months, the infected person would not have a chance to build up sufficient antibodies to be detected in any test.

Just cover yourself. It is not worth it for a few days of pleasure. Crown skinless condoms are your best bet. They are ultra thin and have worked well for me. It almost feels like you are not wearing nothing at all because they are ultra thin. They are made of thin latex so they still provide protection against hiv. Bring some lube with you as well. Condoms break when there is not enough natural lubricant. Google the reviews for these condoms. Nothing but positive reviews can be found.

Clinica Biblica is a good place to have testing done.....price is reasonable, many doctors speak at least some English and next day results.

Why is it that the only STD mentioned in this thread so far has been HIV?? Even though HIV is the grandaddy of STDs, there are other diseases out there to worry about that are also incurable or incredibly unpleasant to experience. So if you plan on getting a girl tested before you tap that ass w/o a condom, you may as well cover all of the bases: Herpes, HPV (genital warts), Hepatitis B, and several bacterial STDs. Better yet, just wear a condom like anyone with half a brain would do while having sex with a "working girl" and don't worry about getting an STD.
