After being told face-to-face at the Prez front desk at check in that they don't accept the discount anymore. I left and walked to the DR and got a room there, then I emailed William Vargas. He responded and said that the desk clerks don't know about the discount. I booked one night via email and when I returned to the front desk the next day they let me check in at noon. The bill for one night was $66 including tax. I stayed there three more nights just booking day to day and was given the discount every night. This was last week.

Crookedcr, yes, you have to reserve a room at the Prez through Mr. Vargas beforehand to get the discount. Just say "CRT member, handle XXXX" in the comments section on the reservations page, and he'll email you back with the details. He has to confirm your handle first, and the people at the front desk don't know anything about the CRT discount.

The Prez is my #1 preferred hotel in SJ. It's an upper-end business-class hotel with a full array of services. It makes the the Del Rey look primitive, are better than the Amon's, and with the CRT discount the standard rooms are competitive with the Amistad's deluxe rooms.

I don't consider the Prez to be chica-unfriendly, and in fact am grateful and appreciate the various rules they have in place. I don't want an SL-type atmosphere, that's why I've never stayed there. If you have trouble maybe you should upgrade your choice in chicas, like one of Pacifica's 10s. The typical DR chica is best phucked in the DR; the classy ones you take to the Prez.

LMAO! Those "classy" chicas will go to any hotel in the area for the money. They aren't impressed with any of them. They simply don't care what kind of rooms we have. Most prefer HDR because the rooms are located above the chica's office.

Maybe I have just been lucky with my choice of chicas. Over the past two trips I have gotten chicas that were not hard core, but worked once or twice a month to make ends meet.

The first was taken to a regular room, but liked it fine.

The second was taken to a jacuzzi suite and absolutely loved it.

However on my last trip I took a hard core Colombia chica and the was very ho-hum about everything.

I think a lot of it is within the personality of the chica. Most of these girls don't have anything and enjoy visiting any place with cold blowing air conditioning. I go to CR on average once a year and have never really visited anything out of the downtown area and a couple of trips to Escazu (pardon the spelling). One my last trip my wingman Squirrel88 and I went to Hooters to eat some wings. After the meal we went outside to wait on a cab and while we were there we looked over a bayou and saw many poor homes with sheet metal roofs. It was very sad.

My point being is that I am sure a lot of these chicas are dirt poor and enjoy a real nice meal or a couple of hours up in this nice building with air conditioning, a nice jacuzzi, and a place that has a lot of luxury. Even if they have to phuck and old fat gringo, they are still living the high life (to them) if for only a few hours.

Back a quick second to my last trip with a jacuzzi room. I pulled out a chica that looked like the girl next door, but the girl next door with DD tits. She was not smiling very much, but I got her to the room and filled up the jacuzzi and by the time the bath was over she was giggling and her dimples were really showing. The sex was off the chart with her, enough that I invited her back two nights later.

So given the right chica and right circumstances, a lot of these chicas aren't so hard core they don't enjoy time in a quality place.

Well , it's true that if you have a nice room , some chicas will comment on it mainly because it's an opportunity to say something nice other than "joo is haysum mayne". I think a chica that is going to be a GFE is going to be one anyway based on her mood that day and whatever chemistry you have with her. Having stayed in JR suites and the master at prez , I have made good use of the jacuzzis. Every girl I took there had been there plenty of times before. This includes the little liars who say they only work once a month (they know gringos like to hear this). I have had girls who had perfectly good attitudes that just were not interested in sitting in a jacuzzi. I didn't take it personal because I knew the girl gets the opportunity alot...maybe a few times a week. On the funny side... I took a dominicana spinner to the SL penthouse suite one night. To this day, she thinks I live in San Jose and the suite is my apartment. She thinks "my apartment" is nice , but dosen't like going so far away from her office and has no interest in the amenities. The bad thing about staying in the nicer rooms is that it "proves" to them that we are every bit as wealthy as they thought we were and some think we are major A-holes for trying to talk them off cien when we can obviously afford such nice accomodations. I can kinda see their point on this. Still, I think everyone should experience a nice suite in CR atleast once. The suite in HDR (ROOM 609) is large but the only real amenity is the L- shaped balcony with an awesome view. Great for breakfast and some outdoor sexo at night.

I have had it with The Presidente. They have a good location and house cleaning has always been great. It's their chica policy that I have had it with. I ran into a girl that I first met on my first trip. We clicked, I invited her back to the presidente. She told me that she wasn't allowed into the presidente anymore. I told her let me see what I can do. We went back to the presidente and they would not let her in for any reason. I couldn't even add her to my room. What was the reason she was blacklisted? The manager could not give me one. Only that she was black listed from the location.

From what I have seen this place has turned into a gringa and K*D infestion.

I have only stayed at the Pres one night. I had no problem bring back my chica. But now with all the complants of chicas being black list why bother staying there if there is a chance your chica has been black list and even she does't know till she gets there.

I'd sooner stay at the Castillo I get good treatment and never have a problem bring someone back.
