Where they really started hitting us guys below the belts was fishing and hunting licenses. They started using that data to hunt down non payers about 10 years ago. Big sister is watching your every move.

I'm all for collecting Ch*ld support but the laws are really getting screwy these days as the feminazis are now hitting any guy walking around for money. There are cases of guys who are not even the father of the Ch*ld being forced to pay money. Its only going to get worse, I am afraid.

In Florida they can suspend your driver's license as well. Respectfully, one should exercise due care when engaged in fornication unless prepared for the possibility of getting the female pregnant. Which entails Ch*ld support. And one probably shouldn't be jetting around the globe if they owe tens of thousands in support. Just my thoughts..........

In Kalifornia things really get crazy. There was a proposal at one point to pay Ch*ld support out of the state budget for women who have Babi*s to dead gang bangers, or in prison dudes, or dead dudes, or dudes who were simply missing.

However, the budget office came back with a report that the proposal was going to bankrupt the state if they tried it.

I am sure there are cases where over jealous prosecutors and vindictive judges have ruled inappropriately in Ch*ld suport cases. I think however most Ch*ld support orders are fair and entered on behalf of the innocent victims of divorce...the K*ds...

To say that tracking down dead beats by using the data generated by hunting and fishing applicants is "hitting below the belt" is, in my opinion, making light of an a horrible lack of responsibility by some fathers.



That is just such a ridiculous statement it does not deserve a reply. Maybe we should also lament the abolishment of slavery.

Maybe we should return to colonial days and dump some tea in Boston Harbor or maybe go further back and walk on all fours and swing from trees while eating a banana.

Why advance as a civilization? Let me know when you emerge from your cave and paddle your canoe to Costa Rica. Perhaps we can get together around the campfire, slaughter a virgin and 3 goats and have a real jolly time drinking fermented coconut juice.

I have an employee with whom I take Ch*ld support out of his paycheck. It is for 3 Ch*ldren which 2 are his K*ds and the other an illegal mexican is the biological father. His ex has 6 K*ds and she recieves no Ch*ld support from the mexican men who fathered 4 of these. She uses the Ch*ld support from him to help support all 6. He is a white man.

The statement about giving women the vote being a mistake was a joke. I will edit that to fix it.

I treat women with tremendous respect. Hell, I let them take advantage of me, and I don't even complain. See my post "In Denial..." from the other day. Unlike the troglodytes in Latin America, I believe women should always have access to abortion. And they should always have the vote.

But there has been a long tradition of women taking away the rights of men once they got political power. Most of you CRT guys would shit a brick if you had any idea what House Speaker Nancy Pelosi's agenda looked like. It is a nightmare for men, in my opinion.

It can get worse then no having your passport renewed, here in NYC they will issue a warrant for you. I have seen guys in the Customs area here in NY sitting with hand cuffs on because they came back home and did not know how tough they get on keeping their payments on time.

I have a teenage daughter, we live together, I am her sole support.
On the otherhand I grew up with only Mom , Dad didn't pay a penny.

I would not put much faith in the accuracy of that of that information until I could verify it from an independent unbiased source. However it would seem that a "forward looking" state might well take that position. I would imagine the argument would be that innocent Ch*ldren should not suffer based on the acts of their parents.

I am neither advocating that argument or disparaging it but simply putting it forth as a possible reason for the introduction of the legislation. I am sure there are many arguments, both pro and con, that could be made for such a law.
