Second week in September 11th-18th is going to be my first stay in the Sports Man lodge. Is it worth it to bring my lap top, and how good is the WiFi?

The wireless at SL is pretty good, works in the rooms, bar/restaurant, and courtyard. But like all of CR, the signal varies. It's worth bringing your laptop.

I always bring mine and hookup to the wireless and make calls back home with Skype. Never had a problem and it's nice to have your own computer.

Ditto on all of the above, have stayed in 14 of the 22 rooms over the past 2 1/2 years and have had no problems with the wireless.

I concur. Signal strength / speed varies, but overall it's pretty good. I never travel without my laptop.
