OK I know it's not about that. I think it's a good idea. I'd be willing to go so far as to agree not to post negative comments ( like I would ever do that ) about love and marriage in Costa Rica in that section.
Although as a counterbalance maybe there should be a subsection detailing all of the pitfalls of love and marriage in San Jose.

I agree but can it be accessed by VIP members ONLY. First of all, if someone is "Experienced Enough" going to Costa Rica and having a girlfriend, then he probably shouldn't have an issue with flipping $36 or whatever a VIP m'ship costs.

Secondly, It seems like the VIP's, Although quick to have fun bashing guys doing stupid shit (Like I did), will generally give better comments that could truly help. Nothing against non-Vips...it just seemed like when I posted about something I really wanted you opinion on, the VIP's answered more along the lines as to what I was looking for.

Lastly, correct me if I am wrong. But can't any chica or (Boyfriend of a chica) get on and read the other sections? Why give them that ability?

Would be great. I wouldn't post negative, would totally skip the section. I still don't see what the love, girlfriend, marriage shit has to do with prostitution. Not trying to judge, it just seems sad to me. I would never mention anyone real that I was having a relationship on a board on this subject. And wouldn't try to date a hooker. But to each his own and whatever makes you happy.

Maybe by having an easily referenced repository of these repetitive scams,

I dont see any Ego building issues relevent here,, In my humble opinion. The "out of respect for her" comment is aplicable with a real novia, and I agree whole heartedly.. But I certainly wouldn't be doing much service to a fellow hermano by not saying sh*t about a pu*a pulling the wool over his eyes. If he's been told, yet doesnt listen, then oh well, Enjoy.

I believe with all topics,, a members own agenda plays a role in their input. Ego building agendas seem pretty obvious to me. I generally skip to the next comment when I get the self centered take out of someones comments.

As a common and naturally recurring issue with Gringos, I would venture to guess that the more often a sad sapp is confronted with the obvious signs of the SET-UP, the more likely it wil be for the Recognition of the Game,,Before the Pain!!

How about a Jim Witkowski section? Can you imagine a whole section devoted to diners, motorcycles, Scott Baio, Burt Reynolds, Dom Deluise, volunteer firefighting, etc? Obviously, it would be very entertaining. My main concern is the popularity of the thread would cause bandwidth problems for the rest of the site.

Most importantly, the section would be OFF LIMITS to anyone who thinks some hooker in CR is in love with him!!!!
