Every time I got "stuck" there it was $20. Staff could stand to be friendlier too. Don't know if any of this has changed in the past few months or not.

Was in San Jose in April, checked it out, theres' still a fee, they frown on the activity. Back in Nov when in SJO, was eating at their new restaurant, the waiter said there WAS NO fee apparently he lied or did'nt have his facts in order.
We thought they were going to try and compete with the Pres. and D.R. for business, since both hotels are at or near capacity all year, and it looks as though the Balmoral suffers through the low season with vacancies.
