I have flown spirit twice into SJO, I have never had a problem, I have already booked my next flight for late november.

One note, its rainy season in CR people, if you get there in the late afternoon or at night, there is a chance weather will move in, and you wont be able to land, The airport is not the most modern and is not equipped with the latest technology for bad weather landings and take offs.

Location: Sex Felony State (most other places p4p is just a regular daily activity!)
I made a reservation yesterday for flight in August and already a headache. I was unable to purchase bags online after 4 attempts plus could not get thru to customer service. Also have not had a response back via email after 24 hrs. Luckily I bought travelers insurance so one way or the other even if I have to fight it I will cancel.
