Well, since I began this thing I've tried several of the options listed here (but not the magic gold powder. I don't think we get it in Canada) and am now becoming a shaving expert. Shaving the boys is no problem at all now, and pre-trimming is essential for an easy shave, but it's easy as pie, although I don't do it all the time. Forget Nair or aftershave. OMG. seriously. forget it.

As for the ingrowns, I haven't had a problem with them, but some others have. so EC's most recent tip might be very useful, but how long do you need to do it for?

I have found out that although having the boys cleared of foliage is quite comfortable that underwear tends to chafe move. I've also found out that there's positively no dignified way to shave the crack of your ass unless it's to let a chick do it for you.

Sorry, but there ain't no way I'm letting ANYONE near my nether regions with anything sharper than their tongue...

Well, it turns out I did have some irritation where I apparently didn't get it washed off well. Just to the right of my asshole and in the hollow of my left groin...places that never see the sun.

So, I put some soothing lotion for sunburns on it, aloe...I did the Indian rain dance, burning, screaming and praying for something truely cool, like rain...boy did that hurt.

The next morning I was still not over it, so I remembered when my K*ds were little...what did I put on their little diaper rashed bottoms? Desitin-Zinc Oxide. Bwala...it works.

Gents, the apparent cure for the burning brought on by Depilitories is Zinc Oxide..Desitin. Cooled it instantly for me. I sincerely hope this is helpful to others.

QBF, I have 2 girls that I have trusted to shave parts of me, and they both had a vested interest in doing a good job, since they were licking and sucking the foliage free areas. Both were very careful, and both reported being very turned on by the process. One of them begged me every week to let her shave me. i was rewarded with extra long oral pleasure for allowing this. Neither one ever nicked me.

Of course, neither one was a latina either. Do you suppose they're safe?

I'll tell you this, E.C. (yours truly) does indeed shave the goods. Mach III Turbo, Edge for sensitive skin, much prayer and fasting... I haven't nicked myself yet.

My friends girlfriend is doing some spa/waxing type training class. Anyways she needs to have so many people volunteer each week. I just get her to do it. Never had any problems.
