Hey fellas I want to take a vacation really bad since I am really running out of luck these days in this fuckin country with women who play mind games. Anyways, I made up my mind and want to go to San Jose, Costa Rica but I will need some help. Here are the questions:

1) I want to go now but I hear the weather is too hot there. Is that true?
2) Are there casa particulars(homes for rent) in San Jose? I don't want to spend too much on accomodation and want to bring girls home.
3) How expensive is food and clubs etc?
4) How much do average Costa Rican make a month? I am talking to a few girls on the net and want to impress them financially when I go there.

4. If you're fulltime at McDonalds you make more than they do most likely. The fact that your are worried about expensives, yet you want to impress them "financially" makes as much sense as the phrase "deafening slience". That's nothing but a mind game in which you were complaining about in relation to American women. Maybe your problem with American women is not American women. Just a thought.

Are you off your medication again. Be nice. Were supposed to point people in the right direction not knock them down and stomp on them. Yes the gentleman has some questionable approaches to the situation but few of us have stepped off the plane in San Jose the first time and understood what was going on and how to handle it. We all stepped off with a North American attitude and in particular that North American male attitude towards the female. Now be nice give him some good directions and in particular warn him to stay away from any woman in Costa Rica he met on the Internet.

as for whether depending on what you want to do with your vacation weather will probably not be a factor if what you want to do is what we talk about on this board. San Jose is at a very high elevation most of the time the temperature is relatively mild. Now if you plan on going to the coast I'm sure it will be very hot.

As for places to stay there are a number of very modestly priced hotels in the immediate vicinity of the hotel Del Rey. Depending on how long your stay this would probably be your best option. Not knowing exactly what your intentions are expectations are that's the best answer I can give.

You will find food very reasonable. As for clubs stay away just my opinion. There are way too many other options to throw your money away in a club.

About income. They do not make much that's why we can go there and enjoy the company of beautiful young women without expending a great deal of cash. How much depends on what you want and what you consider much. Now the part that I'm to get on you about: I do not know and frankly it's not my business who you been talking to on the Internet. But past experience of listening to others misadventures I would say stay away. Chances are they're very good and very experienced at relieving you of your hard-earned cash. That cash would much better be spent at one of the local MPs are maybe even a lovely young thing you've had time to talk to and get a feel for at the Del Rey. Just an opinion. PS: read as much of the stuff on this board as you can before you go.

Do not date a girl from the internet in CR.
The average Costa Rican makes 4-6K a year. But no need to brag to them they will see it as crass and then may call your bluff and make you buy expensive drinks and upcharge you. There is no upside to bragging to them they can see through that and will take advantage of you
.
Now having said that I have a buddy that imports tires from CR and went to the bank to withdraw some money from his business account, He asked the teller if 2k cash was enough for 4 days in CR....He had 140K cash in his account because he was buying containers of inventory, well the teller saw his 140K balance and quickly wrote her number down on a piece of paper telling him to call him. So if a Tica actually sees it they are impressed but not when you just talk about it, that will get you nowhere.

I feel your pain but for someone with an education background you before most of us on this board should understand that knowledge is not a universal thing. He just doesn't understand what real poverty is. I don't know the gentleman I'm working under the assumption he's not used to traveling outside of the United States. People that have not been to impoverished countries think of someone who is poor as someone who must drive a used car not appreciating there are places where people do not have shoes much less a car.

You are right though I have been locked up in this house way too long is it August yet.

Surf... the immature idea of coming to CR to impress chicas "financially" reflects badly on us all especially when it appears one doesn't have it to begin with. I'm bettin' Sammy's 21 tops. Chicas will see right through that just adding to the over abundance of negative stuff I combat every trip.

Well I feel better punting non-working women. They are more passionate and generally tighter and cleaner compared to a full time whore, you know what I mean? I just thought if I get to know a few girls before I go there, I can fullfil my dreams.

I take it you've had some experience with pay for play in the United States. ( Punting being an English phrase you may be Canadian ). You will find the experience completely different in Costa Rica. They're just not the same thing. That's why so many guys fall for these girls so quickly. It's more like sleeping with a girl you've been dating for several months. Some of them are so innocent and inexperienced you'll actually feel guilty. I'm not saying that the majority are not hard core working girls. They are but there are many that are not the trick is to find them. Study what's been presented here by some very experienced people and you'll be able to find a memorable relationship. As for hard core working girls many of them are but a big number of that group are what I call well trained professionals capable of earning every $ in your pocket. You won't feel guilty when they leave but you will need a nap.

I'm a newbie too, but the first trip related expense I made was joining this board. You should consider it as well, for both the discounts as well as the photos and info. I'm shooting for my first trip later this year and have been discussing a similar topic with a friend who also wants to go.

The budget you have in mind might be workable, but just barely. (You'd probably have a much better time if you saved a while longer). One of the cheaper hotels runs $15 a night. You can probably eat a couple times a day for $20 per day, and have a few drinks for another $20/day. Throw in a few taxi rides (to/from airport), taxes and exit stamp and you have less than $100/day left. Enough for a couple MP sessions or maybe 1 DR girl, per day. Although that would leave you plenty of free time to try and meet a "non-working girl".

More money or a shorter trip would be a better idea.

Maybe Berk noticed Sammytheman's been a registered member since 12/05 and figured he's had time to do at least a little research here.

You might want to take a little extra Cash, on my last trip (8 nights) I spent a bit more than that, I am older and dont need to phuck 24/7 but I did have my fill, bought little things to bring back, ate at some really fine establishments, and just enjoyed life. If you plan on bringing back girls from the del ray, your going to need a lot more.
