I will be staying at the sportmans when the MLB all star game happens on July 10th ( and the home run derby on July 9th.)
It seems that there are many televisions there but all are small from what I saw last time I stayed there. Plus there was no sound on many of them.
Does the sportman's do something special for big games like this? Like maybe use a big screen with decent sound or should I venture out to another place and , if so , where?
I am a baseball fan for life so i need to see the game and be able to enjoy it. I would like to watch it from the sportmans if they do it up right.

sportmens does have 2 big screens (one in the bar and one in the courtyard) but are old school with fuzzy look to it..if that bar is open above the pres. hotel that will be the best place to watch it ..as with me , i like to bet on games and i make a few plays before going out and i always say ..."i am sure they will have that game on one of the tv's....or at least catch a score on espn....but most nites ...they dont put it on or have usa -espn ...the only real sport u can count on to see is football but again if i was in the usa watching a game i dont think i would have a 20 year old sucking me off .....

The brand new giant screen at the Sportsmens is very clear if the game is after dark.

SL also brings in a pretty good crowd of chicas during big games/events. The big screen is great to watch. At the DelLaHoya fight, place was PACKED with both guys and hopeful chicas...

I sent two emails to SL about the upcoming UFC fights on July 7th but have yet to get a reply. Is there somewhere else to watch the fights?

SL always has the UFC fights on the big screen and a large crowd.
