OK - I have done some extensive research and looking at my first "alone" trip to CR. Coming in 6/19, staying at ZB for 2 nights then going to Presidente for 2 nights.

Looking at the ladies for the evenings and touring the country side during the day to find some real estate investments. Last time I found some good deals, but now ready to make a deal.

Looking to find other CRT's to keep it safe it at night - I will be gone during the day...maybee.

Looking at going to Planet Mall (Escazu multiplex mall)) the last night - Thursday, to find some fresh locals after tasting the professionals.

Anyone else interested?

Guess the action for CRT members is at SL. Where does everybody work out (or does everbody sexercise)? I'm lookin for a real gym in the area.

If you are only there for four days , you won't need a gym. You will get plenty of excercise especially since you are staying at Zona blue.
I have always intended to excercise while in San jose but never have.

I just tend to do push ups and sit ups on the bed at ZB...

works for me.

Ok - here is my research on possible real estate ventures. For me the only thing I'm concerned about are the brown beach areas. I don't know why, but I just have a problem looking past the dirt like sand to see the awesome waves.

Here are the beaches I have found to be "white sand" beaches (they tend to be on the northern parts):

Montanas de Conchal - Conchal Beach
Avellanas beach
Playa Carrillo
Playa Flamingo
Playa Danta y
Playa Pan de Azúcar In Guanacaste near the Flamingo area
Playa Real beach otherwise known as Bahia de los Piratas or “Pirate Bay”

Does anyone know any other white sand beaches?
