Anyone else having trouble sending emails to Reservations at SL?? I have been trying to book a couple rooms all week. First couple went through earlier tis week and I got 1 responce, Now they Emails keep bouncing. Sending to reservations@sportsmenscr.com .

I believe they may have had some trouble with their spam filters, have you tried calling?

No. I was too worried about communicating with my horrible spanish and I always prefer Email when making any reservations because then I have a record of the conversation.

Stayed at the Morazon too many times when I called for a reservation that didnt exist when I showed up.

The speak English.

I usually call them, who ever answer the phone will speak english. After you call and have your reservations(confirmation#), then email them ask for your room names makes sure your reservation is good. Thats how I do it.

I had a problem earlier in the year. It was good old AOL's fault apparently. You did not say which server that you used, but if it is AOL, that is probably the problem.

I signed up on Yahoo (free) for an e-mail address, and my mail was answered immediately. Either call, try Yahoo, or another server!! They all speak English, and Vanessa (afternoons & evenings) is a real sweetheart. No matter who answers, whether by e-mail or phone, you will be well taken care of.

Thanks for all the replies. I finally called the 800 Number. No problems at all. Pricilla set me up in the Vista Del Sol Room and a Standard Deluxe In the new wing for my wingman.
The only question I have now is who is going to keeping me awake with the loud music in the Presidential Suite June 19-22 ?

Email worked great yesterday. Vanessa got right back to me.
