Stupid question but where can I get canned whipped cream in San Jose. I found the swing, girls, livestock, whips and chains just missing the small ingredient.

Canned (refrigerated) whipped cream is available at the super markets (Mas x Menos, Auto Mercado)

You can find latose-free milk in the supermarkets. Ask a clerk for "leche sin lactose," and the person should understand. The milk that I purchased came in a blue, as opposed to white, container. Likewise, again, a store clerk or security guard should be able to assist you.
