I am throwing the irritating sunglass and watch guy who is at the rail at the Presidente

Also, I had another irritating asshole come up to the rail and put this piece of crap bracelet over my hand which was on the rail. I lifted up my hand and it fell to the ground. The moron started screaming at me and security had to take care of him.

Oh yeah, there is an American Black guy who sings to you on your way over to the KL. Pestering me for money I said later. The phuckin guy kept reminding me everytime I walked by. Good work A hole.

I don't know if it is the same guy, but there has a black gringo that used to hang out by the BM door by the Monkey Bar that would hail a cab and want money. With a street full of cabs , he thinks I need help? Not really as bad as the others, but a pain in the ass when you want to walk to Monkey Bar and he is stopping a cab.

I know the black guy you speak of and I agree that he also is somewhat irritating. The Black Guy singer is another guy.

I forgot perhaps my biggest irratant of all and it is not a person. Can you believe the A hole who installed the Air Conditioning Units in the DR made sure that the condensation always hits you on the phuckin head!
And what even more unbelievable, the DR doesn't even fix it.

Astro yes I think Blood Pressure guy is nice, but like Mr. Tuba, is still a pain in the Ass.

Last trip the wacky Tica haircut guy with the weird suit that sometimes shines shoes got pissed off at another begger. During a rain storm, the idiot is screaming at him, flipping him the bird, all the while getting soaking wet. This guy is insane

Hell, sadly but true......it comes with the territory. Actually, you can have fun with these characters after you become more aquainted with their mind set. That is except for the Ugly Americans (gringos in the bar). Although I do have a way to handle that event.....will explain sometime.

Take the gut-bucket guy. I've given him a 100c's coin and then grab his instrument (no, not that one you dirty minds) and start playing it....he proceeded to dance and we had a hoot. Mother Teresa, the white uniform lady, hits on me ATT so I do my dissappearing coin or handkerchief trick and it drives her crazy.....I use to carry this photo of 12 Ch*ldren and show it to her and say "Estos son mis doce ninos, no dinero." The whistle guy knows me but about 4 years ago I bought one and would carry it with me on trips......after early breakfast i would walk up and down in front of the news cafe following him and blowing my shell....it cracks him up, even sold one once before. I've posted about the tuba man and shoeshine guy before and how I riddle their cage. As for the stole my wallet or passport guy I just start talking with a speech impediment and shaking (not to make fun of it but I can do a mean hair-lip dialogue).......once I felt game and started following him around pointing at him and yelling "DIABLO"....scared the shit out of him. I suppose one day I will have to write an article on "How to out cam the scammers."

Now there one thing that really does bother me. That's those damn foxes at the BM that grope me, rub my pecker and ass, press their tits against me and other body parts. Enough is enough........Old Clircus does have his pride.

Circus' counter tactics when you are approached by this motley cast of characters. Yes, some of them are just a little irritating and quite harmless. Some of them are true Assholes, crack K*D, Scumbag Gringo sellings drugs and offering help with girls (I particularly hate this guy)

A word on Mother Teresa... Mother Teresa ought to play American Football because she can throw a body block to prevent you from entering the DR.

I actually think the Gut Bucket guy is pretty nice as well as the Tuba Guy.
I must confess that I have thrown them both a few Colones.

Ref Wilting post (Last month while walking back to the Prez about 2AM I was approached by a K*D about 5'7" and around 18 years old who was looking for a handout. He spoke regular American English……..).

The name of the smooth talking guy is Steven. He hangs around the Presidente Hotel, Morazon Hotel, and Del Rey. He will gain your confidence by engaging in friendly conversation and promising to provide anything desired. If you give him money he will ask for more every time he sees you. If you ask to have a service provided, he may deliver the first time but eventually will rip you off. He has been in and out of jail and the police watch him. Be careful with this guy!

IT is hard to decide the MOST irritating...but the sickest and most offensive comeon to me are the bloodpressure guys. These are healthy, nice looking Ticos who speak passable english, running around in white coats as if they were Drs or something. These guys could have some of the top paying regular jobs in Costa Rica, yet they continue to pander outside the Delrey to gringos I have a series of comebacks for them depending on my mood. One is "get a real job". The other is "yes I have blood pressure, thankyou". Do I look unhealthy? I will despise any of you guys who give them a cent. They are only there because enough of you do...

the nice looking young guy who hits you for anything and can supply anything is named chris. he has a tico mother and a canadian father and speaks perfect engglish eh? avoid him like the plaque. he is a srug informant etc.... be warned he is very personable.
